Dear team,

There has been multiple instances of bannable offences by players, only to have them slip past due to them disconnecting. I now have access to SourceBans, our integrated banning database which allows me to add or remove Steam IDs regardless of whether they are in the server or not.

To request for a ban from now on, I need you to write an email to me with the following details:

Player nickname:
Steam ID:
Time and date of offence:
Details of offence:
Recommended ban length:

Please be clear with your description, if you're unclear about why a player needs a ban, I will ignore your request. Also, I will not entertain requests via Steam chat as I require a record of all requests made, so email is the way to go. If the ban request is urgent, speak to sasaug if I am not around.

FYI, this ban is enforced across all LYN servers, not just on The Agentcy's.
