The way things are run:

10 slots reserved to members. Past the 10 slot, extra slots has to be reserved and ordered to Avacyn. To get your reservation, contact Avacyn in Steam, and setup a monthly paypal billing 1 USD Monthly. Avacyn pays already 15 USD monthly for the server and refuses to take any extra costs, so if you want to be reserved, you have to pay for your own slot. Sorry, but this is the only fair way to set up the server cheapest possible way for all of us :/ The server is online 24/7.

Rules:
No tolerance for griefing
No wars unless staff has opened up a war server that you can copy your build into
No secual, racial, politic discrimination

Building limit:
Don't build closer to space stations than 5000 Meters from the middle of the station, or where the Beacon is placed. Unless you ofcourse work together with the person or have agreed anything specific with the base commander.

Copy/Paste is there for a reason: We encourage everyone to take care of their own builds. If you want to be sure to keep it on an eventual server reset (not that we have planned any..) look at your build and press CTRL-C. Most faction leaders, if your base is properly marked (Beacon with your Stations Stargate Dial Sequence) may backup your build to rezz out on the new world.
