Egyptian Treason

Egiptian Khedivate betrayed Ottoman Empire once again. We won't stand anymore letting the "Egyptian midget" to spit at the face of the Sultan and the whole Ottoman Empire. There is only one answer towards Egyptian declaration of the independence and It will be carried on the muskest and warships. We will avenge all disgrace that Ali Dynasty gave us, we will re-take righteus Ottoman lands. Orders of the mobilization were sent across whole Empire not only to turks and muslims but to all nations inside the Empire. All politicians, military commanders and simple people knows that this war is going to be a great test of the new federative Ottoman Empire, yet Ottoman Empire calls It's allies to help them in this righteus cause. Treaty of Mutual Defense

Ottoman Empire and Russian Empire signed a treaty of mutual defense. Empires will help eachother military if the help will be needed. Sultan Abdulaziz says that this is a first step into long lasting friendship between Russian Empire and Ottoman Empire.

More privilages to the autonomies.

Because of the unstable situation at the Ottoman Balkan Sultan and the Grand Vizier agreed on the some of the Bulgarian demands. Former Macedonian Autonomy will become part of the Bulgarian Autonomy and a choosen by a Sultan Bulgarian will be get sit in the government. While Bulgarian Autonomy agreed on the negotiations then from other hand Ottoman Montenegro demanded full independence which Sultan declined. Ottoma soldiers were sent to the Ottoman Montenegro theirs goal will be stabilizing region also as a punishment Sultan abolished Montenegrian Autonomy and decided that It's lands will be divided between Albania and Bosnia also after the war just like Bosniaks asked theirs autonomy will be little expanded. Because of the war of the Egypt elections to the both Ottoman Parlament and autonomies parlaments will be held after the war.

Because of the growing nationalism at the Balkans Sultan Abdulaziz and the Grand Vizier decided to establish a secret police called "Teşkilât-ı Mahsusa" or simply TM which main goal will be gathering informations about spies in the Empire and separatists movements and making sure that they will never be a threat to the Empire. TM will answer only to the Grand Vizier and Sultan him self also organization shall be kept as a secret from people who won't be a part of the Sultans chosen camarilla.
