If you're interested in getting admin in-servers, then you will have to be promoted. To get promoted, you have to be seen by leadership, and the best places to do this are..

1. Ventrilo

2. Forums
Forums are visited by leadership as much as ventrilo, but Ventrilo still stands to be better because they can get to know you personally. Either way, forums will increase your chances of getting promoted as you will be seen by leadership and all other members. http://www.edgegamers.org

3. Be mature, follow the rules
For as long as you are mature and follow the rules, theres nothing that will destroy your chances of getting promoted to admin. Just type 'motd' in the server for the server rules.
