they're back up now!

ive updated the !items plugin quite a bit, here's a quick changelog:
Version 1.2(b) Change log
- Added sm_paint, shortcut for painting hats
Usage: !paint [Paint Name]
- Added sm_spell, shortcut for applying spells
Usage: !spell [Spell Name]
- Added ability to fast swap team in !items without having to die and re-warp (when the plugin is locked to a zone)
- You can now remove effects/paints/warpaints/spells with their respective commands
Ex: !effect remove
- Updated text when removing effect/paint/warpaint
- Added missing exact name case in sm_warpaint to skip searching over entire warpaint/decwep data structures
- Reintroduced Invalid Particle, Particle 1, Flying Bits, Nemesis Burst as appliable unusual effects
- Fixed warpaint seed functionality being locked to [0, 2**31 - 1]. Now, you can pick and randomize warpaints in the entire possible range of [0, 2**32 - 1] (double the old one!)
- Added ability (more accurately, reverted restriction) to paint/paintspell unpaintable items
- Added ability to paint/paintspell Cow Manglers
- Added ability to apply killstreak sheens to Bonk Helms
- Fixed styles not working correctly on the Villain's Veil and Blighted Beak
- The "Modifying: (item name)" now reopens upon a successful modification (i.e. applying an unusual effect onto the item) instead of the menu disappearing
- Added support for Construction PDA
- Allow weapons to use any/every hat unusual effect

im also looking to expand and add two more tf2 servers, mainly a 24/7 hightower that is tailored towards vanilla gameplay with instant respawn and no carts as well as a 24/7 achievement_idle_apg server with low grav/rtd and such shenanigans. hopefully i will have time between college and life and maybe the community can grow!
