What is 50 Blessings itself?

50 Blessings is a group of nationalists aiming to topple the Russo-American coalition with guerilla tactics. They are the ones who leave messages on the answering machines of both Jacket and Biker. The group, it appears, is run by only the The Janitors, but the independent duo claim that they are only "the tip of the iceberg," hinting that the organization may work across the nation, hence the name 50 Blessings as there are 50 states in the United States of America. Their modus operandi consists of threatening members into committing assassinations on Russian Mafia members, presumably through any means necessary, but admit that all threats left are empty, yet effective nonetheless.

Here is a complete list of agents in the first game, along with their fates. Note that the masks are named after their original owners--or vice versa--with the exceptions of Jacket and Biker, as their real names are never stated.

Группа была основана "уборщиками", но как они же заявляют "Они только верхушка айсберга", намекая на то, что организация может работать по всей стране, они называют себя "50 благословений", что может означать 50 штатов США. Их работа заключается в том, что они угрожают людям, дабы те убивали членов русской мафии, прибегая ко всем средствам, они признают, что порой их усилия не окупаются, но всё же они эффективы.

Вот полный список агентов в первой игре, а так же их судьбы. Стоит обратить внимание, что названия масок идут после имён их владельцев (Или наоборот) исключениями являются Jacket и Biker, их имена никогда не оглашались.
