Due to the game being region locked at this moment, the testing can only be done by users located in the Netherlands.

If you do want to test it solo you can get a copy ofcourse! But multiplayer for now will only work in your own country. (So only dutch can play with eachother and swedes only with swedes etc.)

Thanks for your understanding and hopefully we'll play togheter when it gets its own ID on steam!
