The number will then be generated by a random number generator, and the number it then selects is the winner of that particulat raffle.

The server is now up if it goes well i will keep it up if it starts to go baadly it will be taken down. also another note to people asking me about the server being up and not checking for your self STOP ASKING ME IF THE SERVER IS UP! GO LOOK FOR YOUR SELF!!!!!!!!!!!! if its not up i would be happy if you asked when it will be up not asking if it is up and you didn't even lauch the game. and last thing the server ip changed so you will need to get the ip from the hompage of the group.
