[Modded] VR Suit Rule

1. The Green VR Suit may only be used in a territory where you have rights to build, if an admin sees you wearing it outside your territory the suit will be deleted immediatly and no refund given.

The less you use the uniform when not building the less risk of it vanishing due to the arma 3 uniform bug. Claims of vanished VR Suits has to be follow up with proof of ownership prior to the loss.

Adjusted the most horrendous Prices.
Made weather less depressing.
Added buildable recipes
Now you can once again count the amount of objects in your base (hint: look at the flag pole).
Added some of the buildables to diamond missions loot (if you dont have the mod then it might produce blank rows, should not cause loss of loot).
Added marker for coming Infected Zone.
2 apps incoming (not working as of now).
