As everyone says, practice.

What you’ll most likely need:

Good mouse, 144hz gaming monitor, good internet, good keyboard, microphone.

Not just deathmatch or competitive games, however.

You need to develop an amazing game sense by playing and understanding what happens during the game and why. (Where might a player be, how many bullets might they have, does the other team have a lot of money, will there be a player hiding here and should I pre-fire the corner, etc).

Most people taking CS:GO seriously get a decent game sense with over 1,000 hours, but it varies.
