Zadd's Raffles -- The best place to get TF2 Items

Zadd's Raffles is exactly as it sounds. I, Zadd, host raffles quite frequently, and so here is a group, now created to help notify you when I am holding a raffle!

In addition, I will help you host raffles of your own! If you trade me your item you wish to raffle, as well as a 1 Scrap fee, I will raffle off your item under your conditions, and give you 100% of everyones entry fees.

I generally host raffles under these conditions:
-Maximum Slots.
-1 Entry per person. (Not multiple)
-Will refund entry upon request. (Only if a winner is not chosen)
-Use Rolz.org to chose a winner randomly.
-Let the user choose their entry number.
