RUST - Server patch/update (Rebirth v1.0)

Roaming NPC, AI, Bandits.

With the rebirth of the Rust server, this new update, patch that I have designed for the server is called "Rebirth" pretty witty, eh?

On to the updates and add-ons!

X2 EXP
You now get double the XP for every action such as building, gathering, killing.

Offline Raid Protection tweaks

PvX Selector
Upon first spawn in to the server you may choose wether you wish to play as PvE or PvP. Your option can be changed at any time by opening a support ticket to admin or a moderator via chat commands:

Player Commands:
/pvx select [pvx/pvp] :- Allows players to select their mod if the Gui doesn't show.
/pvx change :- Will submit a ticket asking to change to the other mode.
/pvx ticket reason "Message" :- Allows players to submit a reason for their change request.
/pvx ticket cancel :- Cancels your requested ticket.
Note: If playing in a group, all of you need to choose the same choice, as building together is very difficult if you choose seperate choices. You can't access chests of a PvE player.

Auto-lights
That is right, at night your campires, lanterns and ceiling lights will automatically turn on at a certain time and then turn off at dawn.
Fuel will not be used when an item is autoturned on, so do not worry about refueling during the night.
(Current times for the autolights 07:30 and 18:30)

Storage Enhancement
When using/opening anything with storage a new interface will open at the top of the screen allowing you to quick deposit anything of that type or all your inventory.

Ticket System
A ticket support system has been added if you require any help from an admin or moderator.
Please take note that this is in very early beta stage of tweaking and editing.

To create a ticket, here is how to do so in chat:

/ticket add <Message>
/ticket remove <ID>
/ticket view <ID>
/ticket list
