You may as well record a more epic 12:00 fireworks on tape then show your kiddies because 9:30 IS NOT New Years.

Think about it? 1 epic firework display or 2 semi-epic firework displays? or 16 pissy displays?

But seriously, did you see fireworks signify New Year Eves at 9.30 as a child? No and it's a waste of money. They CAN wait until 12:00 or they can wait until next year.
