F**K SOPA!

Many major U.S. sites, like Wikipedia, BoingBoing and XDA Developers, will one day this week on black. They do not just: they protest against two controversial bills that American freedom on the Internet can seriously restrict.

The stop online piracy act and protect the IP Act Two bills that separately submitted: sopa in the House of Representatives and the Senate in pipa. They both are grafted onto an earlier bill that was eventually fired, and are therefore in many respects consistent.

Last weekend reports emerged that the adoption of Sopa would be put in the fridge, but whether that is true, is not yet known. Also in this case remains almost identical to the pipa-law.
