Is it an academy of waifus or is it learning about waifus?

We've done it chat-chan. I mean, I've done it. I've made a steam group. The concept is simple: A secondary chat for those of you more secretive socialites, and to also allow a second client for people to get notifications for streams and information. Most importantly, however, a place where people can friend each other without having to exchange info! Not to mention being able to rep your colors to normies who just don't get it.
