WE HATE QUICKSELL SHARKS!

Hiya!
This group is all about the selling, buying and raffling of unusuals, promos, vintage/genuine sets and anything of value while giving everyone a fair price. This group is for those people out there who HATE Outpost and TradePost players that say "QUICKSELLS ONLY" which translates to "I WANNA SHARK YOU. I AM A CHEAPSKATE".
So, for some small rules.


TRADING:
Buying:

1. NO QUICKSELL SHARKING. People are allowed to ask for the price they want, and if you dont wanna pay that, that's fine but you have no right to force them to sell for cheaper than what their items are worth!

2. HAVE AN ADMIN MIDDLEMAN ANY TRADES INVOLVING PAYPAL OR STEAM CREDIT CODES. If you trust the other person enough to trade paypal cash or steam credit codes without a middleman, we are not responsible for theft of said cash. Feel free to use and admin of this group OR a SourceOp admin.

Selling:
1. QUICKSELLS ARE FINE. Contrary to the name of this group, if the seller WANTS to sell their unusual hat for cheaper simply to move it along, that is FINE. The only issues with quickselling is when the Buyer says "Quicksells only!" that we have issues. Also, no using quickselling to troll people, (EX: Ima selling a Green Energy Team Captain for 100000 Scraps!)

RAFFLES:
To become a raffler, you can either do one of two things. You can:

1. Pay a key to an admin (one-time fee for all your raffles) and have them watch you through your first raffles from then on as you do them yourself.

2: Give the item you wish to raffle to an admin and they shall raffle it for you. In return, they keep 10% of the profits but deal with all the hassle of raffling for you.

To become a newbie raffler you must pay a key to an admin (as mentioned in Method 1, one time fee for all your raffles) and then complete 3 small raffles (nothing bigger than 3 keys at a time, or 6 craft hats, etc). You may only have one raffle running at a time. If you choose to use Method 2, you do not have to pay a key and may do raffles as big as you like and can charge any REASONABLE entry price (EX: If you raffle a bud, an entry fee should be around a key or so) and the number of entry slots must reflect your entry price. Using Method 2 does NOT make you a newbie raffler however, so for the most part we suggest Method 1 unless you dont have the time to do them yourself. The Raffle spreadsheet keeps track of all the entries for your raffles, which an admin will fill out for you. ONCE you complete the 3 small raffles, you are a full fledged Raffler, and you get your own spreadsheet page and can run as many raffles as you like, and you get ALL the profit!
