VSH Description
VSH is a full game modification that makes one player per round Saxton Hale or a special Hale.
Armed with plenty of health and his bare hands, the player taking control of Saxton Hale must eliminate all of a team to win, while they attempt to kill him.

Every player gets a chance to become Saxton Hale, the head of Mann. Co. and the supplier of weapons to the mercenaries of TF2. Everybody else should try to kill him or cap the point.

Hale is unusually strong. However, he does not use weapons, because he believes that problems should be solved with bare hands and brute force.

Obviously, Saxton Hale has some special abilities:
1. Super Jump: Crouch/right-click, look up, then stand up/release right-click.
2. Weighdown: Stuck in the air? Simply crouch and look down to crash back down to earth.
3. Teleport: Some specials can teleport instead of super-jumping. Right-click or crouch to charge up the teleport, then release and look up to teleport to a random player.
4. Rage: Scares enemies and disables sentry guns for 5 seconds. Call for medic to rage. (Or taunt).
5. Anchor: While crouching and walking on the ground, Hale has 100% knockback resistance to non-blast damage. In the air or standing, however, he's normal.

This mod was created by Dr.Eggman and was eventually updated by FlaminSarge, followed by Chdata.

FF2 Description
FF2 was created as the successor to VSH. It is almost exactly the same in terms of playability. FF2 features a different set of default bosses and many servers also add custom bosses.

Hello there, the original creator of VS Saxton Hale here!

Since December, I've been working on a VS Saxton Hale Recreation powered by VScript.
This means I’ll be able to upload it to the workshop, and, with enough visibility and support from you guys, Valve might consider adding it to the game once it’s finished.

VS SAXTON HALE MIGHT* BECOME OFFICIAL.

Out of curiosity, I'd like to hear everyone's stories about the first time they played VSH. And I don't mean my VSH server, but the Versus Saxton Hale game mode in general.

How familiar were you with TF2 before you first played VSH? Were you new to the game? A veteran? Or have you never played VSH at all?

What made you stick with VSH early on (or not stick with it)? What made it stand out to you?

How has your VSH experience changed over the years?
