Under the authority of Grand Admiral of the Royal Irish Fleet, Anton Hall, we the people of South-Western Ireland formally a region under the Kingdom of Ireland; would like to formally declare our independence from the our mother state, the KoI. Any action perceived by the Independent Peoples of South-Western Ireland as hostile, will immediately invoke open warfare between the IPSWI and the KoI. Citizens that sympathize with the KoI will be prosecuted in a court of law, and will be immediately exiled to KoI; their possesions will be repossesed by the State, and will be confiscated. The IPSWI will allow one fourty-eight hour period one week from today, to allow all citizens move across the border with the KoI.

If this formal declaration of independence is not heeded by the Kingdom of Ireland, we [The Peoples of South-Western Ireland] will resort to a naval bombardment of Dublin; and possible military occupation. A fleet commanded by none other than Anton Hall himself is stationed in Wexford Harbour; awaiting the order to blockade Dublin bay, and fire multiple barrages of artillery fire at the capital itself.
