The System needs revision!

A group of players that feel the system is not working and should be changed.

What is wrong with this system?
-The system as is does not limit or stop the hackers in any way shape or form.
-All it does is tell them buy the game and you may play again.
-This gets the company only more profit and doesnt stop the hackers.
-You dont ever once get to speak to a real person
What should be done?
-The reason the banning system doesn't work is that players are perm banned, yet they can just go buy another copy and continue hacking with the newest vac disabling program. This process obviously doesn't work. They need to make it so that there is a progressive ban.
-The first time you are caught you receive a temporary ban, then your account is put onto a watch list where the moment cheats are detected you are immediately banned for 6 months.
-Now the average person will just wait the 6 months and hopefully they would have learned their lesson.
-If not, the next will be a permanent ban and their credit card will be blacklisted, there of forcing the player to buy a new account and a new credit card.

Summary:
This system will work better because it is more of a penalty system rather than abrupt discipline and in which you will never learn from. The same way a child will never learn from you taking away a toy, they will just go and get another toy to play with. Rather than isolating them in time-out teaching them what they did will result in a time of discipline.
