Reorganization of servers

I want to summarize server changes made in last 2 months and overall status of servers.

Well. VALVE changed policy and it is now actively trying to move entire playerbase to VALVE servers and simply kill community ones - Like CS:GO. Obviously they succeed - smaller server groups like ours are now dead. Only MVM server still have traffic - rest is the ghost town.

Unless something change we probably shutdown them. Long life of Aprilon Dynasty/VULTURIS Network TF2 servers is coming to the end....

Not much to say about them. They have players that in most cases are training before heading to rated games on N-ICE or BTPro servers.

Test run of server was completed. It is now running using StarryPy wrapper.
All players looking for vanilla server are welcome :-)
