Unless someone's actively violating ToS or making themselves unwelcome here, there isn't really a sufficient reason to remove someone. It's a community built from others rivalry in the souls series and as a gesture of that sportsmanship.
They are playing a game in a way you believe to be against the ideals of the community by asking to revoke his membership over it. I don't think that action is reasonable by any means as they've actively done nothing wrong.
By all means you can just block them if that's what it takes to not be matched or deal with them anymore but no action is going to be taken on this matter.
