-Go To http://www.ugcleague.com and sign in
-Then proceed to http://ugcleague.com/player_roster_page.cfm
-Then click join team, select TF2 Highlander
-Browse teams until you reach "Unusual Elites --- -[UUE]- -(ID: 12917)" Note that the list is in alphabetical order
-The password is "UUE01234"
-IMPORTANT: If you are in Hardcore Ballerinas, you must leave the team because you cannot be in two Highlander teams at the same time
