Today the forum will be removed. After this we only have this group and the IRC channel. I think it's a nice idea to keep this group for whenever someone would like to play games with members of this community, so for now I don't think this group will be removed, Who knows, maybe we can rediscover San Andreas (or at least a part of it) when GTAV is released for PC.

"So this can't come as a surprise. Lately things have been dead here and that makes sense as I haven't been motivated to work on the development of the server. I guess my days of playing SA:MP are about to end. I've been playing the game for many years and it was always fun, but the last couple of months I haven't played it at all.

UM is mostly empty which is caused both by the fact there are no updates and that we aren't on the hosted tab. The price for hosted tab almost doubled and I don't want to keep paying that amount of cash to artifically keep up the player count.

I would like to thank all the members that have been supporting this community throughout the years. We were only able to get a player peak of around 35 players but I've still had a pretty nice time with so many friendly and helpful people. I hope we can stay in touch (I'll still be at IRC, Steam. Ask me if you want my names there).

This domain will expire in exactly a month, so the forum will stay up for 1 month. And the server expires at 11. December and will obviously go down after that. I will keep the IRC channel #ultimate-missions registered for a little while longer.

I hope we'll stay in touch and I wish for you guys to have a great time in the future and go conquer the world and all that! See ya (hopefully)!"
