Outside of the unopened Republican Headquarters in Charlotte North Carolina

Today it is my great pleasure to announce the opening of this new building to be used as Republican Headquarters in my home state. While it is true that perhaps Republicans do not have the best reputation in North Carolina, I hope that this gift from my estate will be able to connect the people with the Republican Party, and make the people feel as though they have a direct line of communication to our party.

Relations in my home state with the people who raised me to be the man I am is extremely important to me, as well as is the well-being and prosperity of the people who helped me get to where I am. It is now, with great pleasure, my turn to cut the ribbon, and declare this Republican Headquarters open for business!
