Founded in 1972 by Ex-British Brigadier William Stanley, as a small defence group to protect members of parliament in northern Ireland. The company rapidly expanded with the starting of war in Croatia, This lead the company to be come in civil wars and defence all over the global. A rival to the South African company Executive Outcomes, ULTOR won contracts in Sierra leone causing EO to withdraw from large scale operations there. ULTOR was also hired by the U.S. government to aid American supply convoys during Operation Desert storm.

Ares PMC is looking for active members to come and join the company for fun and challanging operations.
