I have seen that the Nazis are spreading across the Steam, I will not allow these barbarians, assassins enfiltrem in my government!
So it is with joy and satisfaction I issue the following decree:

This decree is valid for France and all its allies.
All the people of France have the Permissions to execute the sentence. "

Rome is a fraud, his armies do not fight, his generals are weak, their leaders are liars.
Rome has no navy, no guns, Rome is nothing compared to France.
Rome has over 3000 members, but only 20 are fighting for it.

Our army will ignite the whole Italy, Rome will be decimated.
Our allies will help us defeat the enemy.
The victory is guaranteed!
