Users Providing Help to Users Who Have Technical Issues with Their Mods.

It was a cold windy day and I just didn't want to go outside, I though it would be nice to sit down and chase some dino's instead.

Then it happened.. Mod mismatch!


So, more and more people are having the time they set aside to relax and enjoy themselves interrupted by problems arising from the use of mods with their steam games, in this case specifically with Ark servers.

I am currently retired but had been in the IT business since I graduated in 1984. I have always been very customer centric and never believed that 'it can't be done' really meant 'it can't be done'.

I run an Ark server of my own so I have the opportunity to be very familiar with the issues surrounding Ark, it's mods and how they get updated and the chaos that can ensue after an update.

So the purpose of this group is to provide a focal point where all the information from all the users and the admins can gather so that we can identify, quantify and resolve every issue that arrases from technical problems arising from an improper config or installation/update of a mod.

It is my hope that you will all find this group useful and pitch in with the intended hope of making an Ark server admins life much easier and stress free.
