Unofficial Storm Patch

This patch for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution" is designed for balance, bug fixes, & adding content to the game.

New Content:
This patch unlocks ALL DLC & unlocks every character automatically.
It adds in 60+ New Costumes to the game!
Lars is now a fully new playable character.
New Ultimate Jutsus from previous games.
Hidden Side Jutsus.
Every character now has 3 unique counters depending on if they're in awakening or not.

Normal Ingame Crash Fixes
(These can happen if your playing vanillia Rev):
Shisuis neutral is fixed by loading Itachis cinematic instead.
KCM Minato is fixed but now has new jutsus.
Sage Hashirama now has removed effects so it shouldn't crash for anyone.
Obito (True Awakening) now has a changed up jutsu so it won't crash.
Shikamaru now does his PTS Ultimate.
