This is a Steam group for people who enjoy TychoCelchuuu's videos. He has a massive ego and thus he created this group himself. He's also a jerk and he won't friend you on Steam because he only puts people he knows on his friends list, so you can join this group instead and he'll know who you are and probably talk to you if you message/bother him.
