Rafffle Rules
(1. To make a raffle, you have to pay, (for a low price!) you must pay at least 1ref or 1 ref in csgo skins or tf2 hats

(2. If your an officer, you pay 1 for 10 raffles | If you are anything above officer, its free!

(3. Bidding Raffles | You must pay 6 ref (Which includes your pay for a bidding raffle!) for a fully succesful raffle (ONLY BIDDING RAFFLES)
