In order to transcend the initial rank given, you must have at least 2k hours in arma 3 since this will give you the mental fortitude to tolerate all levels of distractions, including the long fabled naruto run animation and the "dad I want mcdonalds" gaze into the sky above when the atmosphere is still calm.
