5. Report suspicious activity
6. If you are seemingly not online for a while, your base will requisitioned
7. Treat your fellow townspeople with respect.
8. Talk to Monejha/Any Snisky about any ventures/building plans.
9. Must join the "Town" clan or any affiliants.
10. Cannot be apart of any clan based outside the town walls.
