New Clan in Search for Great Skill

We recently gained some applications for our clan, which is great.
RemeMber: If you do not agree with the IGL (In game leader) then please say so, your opinion counts as much as every other persons opinion is this clan.
Make some suggestions, that there is an in game leader doesn't mean you can't make a suggestion.
Try create your own play style, you get strategies assigned by the IGL and you need to play according to those starts. If you think you want to do something that goes against that, but gives us a better position in the game then that is fine. You have your own brain and mind be creative with it.
