The Coalition of Aspiring Responsible Egalitarians (CARE) is currently a Steam focused organization that is dedicated to market accessibility strategies for players of all levels. In other words, this is a group of Steam Users who are willing to sell cosmetics (currently tf2 focused) at or below market value -- while generating enough funds and inventory to assist those whose Steam accounts have either been hacked, scammed, bamboozled, or lost in the 4th dimension.
