We need members to sign up for Continenal Congress, and for General Posistions.

We'll also need to increase our numbers, Even tho i prefer a different way of recruitment, but it seems easyer by mass inviting.

Once we get all the posistions filled for Congress, Military & Goverment i'll find us a tier.
