Hello and welcome to this group's FIRST Raffle.

Because this is just the beggining, we'll start by raffleling a REF.

The price to enter is to enter the raffle is just 1 SCRAP or 2 CLEAN weapons.

Yes, indeed, you're math does look quite exact (if not, very exact), but as stated before "that extra metal will go into getting more items to raffle." And if you're so worry about the extra scrap, dont worry, for that was the first and last time that we'll make such a "gap" (since it was indeed The First Raffle we've hosted). :B1:
