It´s basicaly GTA 2 with Counter Strike 2D, but boy is it fun.
There are skills to help you,such as invisibility,bullet time and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of others.
You´ve got all sorts of vehicles,car bombs, and weapons like shotguns,sniper rifles,and the holy nailgun.
