Updated Rules and Staff Application Process

Hey guys, here's a link to the new rules, and a little info about staff applications.

This week, if you think you have what it takes to be a staff member, make an application. We'll be testing staff out over the next week or so, and deciding if you should join the staff team.
For those who don't want to staff, but want to help, go onto their apps and leave some feedback, in the form of a +1 or -1. Please be sure to leave a reason, as simple "+1" or "-1"s will be disregarded.

Hi guys!I just wanted to say that ranger labs server is going to be very nice and some new things will be added in and how do i know that well i talk to him very much and he said that there will be a update a very good update you WILL be very very happy and remember work in progres!!
