How To Make A Cheap Raffle
Step 1: Ask the owner to make a raffle
Step 2: Give the owner ([GC] NightMare) the item
Step 2: Depending how big the raffle is, is how much you gotta pay
Step 3: Make the buy in anything you want
Step 4: The Raffle will go for however long you want it to be
Step 5: There will be 20 slots per raffle (add one scrap for as many slots as you want)
Step 6: After a week the winner will be determined by this site http://www.random.org/
Step 7: Profit :D
