[Tf2] Raffles and Giveaways!!!!

Hello here we are hosting Raffles and giveaways with items from tf2
We are looking to snowball these raffles meaning starting with cheap items such as a key and go up and up to the point where we do bud giveaways!!
EVERY RAFFLE HAS ENTRY FEES(Giveaways dont!)
