Officers can raffle and ask for trades freely

If you want to trade a person that has an item you want in a group, then you add them and ask if no, keep them as friend or delete them, if so, The owner (me) Has to monitor the trade, if a scammer is found in a trade then alert the owner ill kick him from the group and report him with an announcement to everyone in the group to report him/her for scamming. If you want to raffle and you are not an officer or higher, then you have to pay a fee of 0.11 to raffle and ill raffle the people in there and the winner get the item, but if the raffle intery is higher than 0.44 than you have to pay 0.22 1 scrap more, If you understand then go ahead and join the group or add me.
