Chancellor Nicholaus Hasken

Chancellor Hasken has ordered full ground invasion of the moon Titan, aswell as naval blockading of the Saturn and Jupiter orbital stations. Furthermore, he has given the Organization of Naval Intelligence, or ONI, orders to personally oversee a covert war upon the OSA. On another note, and UTR loyalists still located in OSA land on Titan will be evacuated by the military. Finally, it has been ordered that all OSA government officials be executed, with it played publically throughout the UTR as a symbol of how rebellion shall be dealt with.

"My people, my fellow Terrans, we have been at the very peak of hardship and conflict with our own brothers and sisters; siblings whom fail to see the justness of our unity, siblings who forsake their own morality and destroyed a ship bearing a million innocent civillians. Siblings who wish only to take what is ours, and to burn down what they can not steal. But today, we denounce these siblings. We will kill those whom seek to harm our glorious Republic, and we will free those imprisoned by murderous madmen. Today, my people, is the day the UTR shows we will not embrace sociopaths with no regard for a million innocent lifes; the day the UTR shows that we will not embrace traitors to our Republic, to our families, and to our home. Full military invasion of Titan shall begin, with Ground Commander Steward and two OSA-defectors fighting alongside him to prove their loyalty to the UTR, while our navy will keep the OSA from escaping. Before even that, our intelligence officers will see through every tactic and every trap the OSA sets up, to minimalize casualties. Remember, Strength through Unity, and Unity through Faith."

1) ONI has seized local production lines with permission of the owners to produce a bigger ONI Security Force.

2) ONI has quadrupled it's military size with the production line and recruiting.

3) ONI has landed its now large Military force on Titan and plan to completely take the planet back.

4) After Opertation 'Freed Titans', other campaings will begin on other planets that the OSA control.

5) ONI has taken this into their own hands becasue of the inactivity of the true Military
