Warnings are if you break the rule too many times, you get banned.

1. DO NOT SCAM! Once alerted immediate ban.

2. NO SHARKING! Once alerted immediate ban.

3. Do not be a jerk! 2 warnings until ban.

4. Do not ask to be an admin/moderator! 3 warnings until ban.

5. Do not beg in trades. 4 warnings until ban.

6. Treat new people to steam NICELY! Meaning do not trick or scam. 1 warning until ban.

So those are the rules, following them is highly advised.
