Aloo mutter, potatoes and peas in tomato gravy
Aloo pie, a fried pastry filled with potatoes and vegetables
Aloo posto, potatoes cooked with a paste of poppy seeds
Aloo paratha, an unleavened bread stuffed with mashed potatoes
