1. only the group administrator whom is DR. TECHNO, PURE INSANITY PONE ect. can add members, any other admins cannot add anyone
2. new arrivals must be tredated with respect and frendliness
3. If I as in DR.TECHNO ect. askis one of you members to add someone please do but dont add anyone else!
