Hello Serpents Hijacking and hijacked accounts can happen to anyone but there are ways to avoid it as best you can. It has happend to me and I still got hijacked. First off if your account was hijacked your items are most likley to be gone when you get your account back you can file the problem to steam support giving proof from trade history and or market history showing all the items stolen. Please make sure that your steam name is in the screen shot. Also giving you information on what to do about your items. Now if you did get hijacked your email is most likely to be hijacked too along with a virus that may be on your computer as they need your email/virus to bypass steam guard. But there are many ways of getting hijacked that CAN be your fault or CAN'T be your fault. Lets go through the ways it CAN be your fault. If you ever click links from random acounts you could become a victim and is your fault NEVER click links from random bot accounts or sketchy phising accounts. There are only a few ways of it not being your fault which happend to me sheer bad luck. You could just log on and find your items gone or your password was changed even if you never clicked any links. Most likely your password may not have been strong enough.
