Aspiring team of young gamers. We love to play CS:GO and we're expanding our map pool daily by learning all callouts, smokes, and flashes. Currently we're just playing with these 5 members, but if we are ever accepting new members we look for people who are decent at the game, who know smokes and flashes, and can play well with the team and call out.

Should we begin team practices?

We may spend time warming up and practicing smokes for games, but we haven't spent much time practicing on games other than competetive.

We do practice on deathmatches against eachother, but that isn't very effective towards practicing as a team, instead it just gets us mad at eachother for only using the zeus. I suggest playing other gamemodes, I think the best gamemode to practice as a team would be demolition, it allows us to work our use of different weapons, but unlike arms race, we are forced to work as a team. Also it will be just us, because demolition has 5 slots instead of 10 like casual, allowing us to just work with eachother instead of 5 other people.
