-=Admin Rules and Regulations=-

1. There Shall Not Be abuse of the admin powers for personal gain, reasons like increasing RPG rank, delaying game, and punishing skilled players who kill you.

2. There Shall Not Be spawning of more than 3 guns per round, for spamming weapons will surely crash the server. If there are buy zones in the map there is no need to spawn guns each round. Also, giving guns is not allowed on maps such as surf or deathrun, the normal gun rules must be followed. (guns on surf/dr = OK a minute or two before mapchange)

3. The eventscripts respawn command is not to be abused, a delay of around 5 seconds is required between each spawn. !!!Make sure to limit respawns to about 5 lives per person, per round. DISOBEYING RULES CAUSES SERVER CRASH.

4. Any sort of action done on the server must always be voted on first. HLSS/HLDJ sounds, mapchanging, gravity, muting, all done in ma_votequestion form. Example: ma_votequestion "gravity?" "stay 700" "go 400" "go 150"
ma_votequestion "let the DJ play his music?"
^^(the last example doesnt need choices it will automatically provide a "yes" and "no" answer for you)

5. !!!ALWAYS!!! leave the server on breakfloor when u are the last admin in the game.

6. The admin abilities like slay, slap, drug, freeze & blind are to only be used to punish tker's or spammers, not simply to torture any random public player.

7. NO weapons should be restricted during normal play, only flashbangs should be restricted if being spammed.

8. Each permanent or non-permanent ban needs to be reported to teamderka.com, in the rule-breakers section. A copy-paste of the console code showing why the ban was deserved is needed as well as a description of the admin's side of events.

9. AFK players should be immediatly moved to spec, and then kicked whenever the server is nearing full to allow more active clients.

10. Unlimited grenades Must be left oFF by default.

11. Changing player health is not allowed, it goes against the rpg principles. Farming is highly frowned upon, and not a characteristic of an ideal admin.

12. Weapons must all be unrestricted before the admin leaves the server, the game should never have restrictions when admin is not present.

13. The ideal admin is one who is much like a benevolent deity; provide many voting opportunities, give cash, changemap when needed, kicking spammers and hackers.

14. Any extreme misbehavior of admin powers will result in an immediate loss of server abilities, until the abuser explains his/herself. The process begins with a report of abuse, then a check of the logs takes place to confirm said accusations.

15. Any good behavior will culminate to a higher rank status, he who has the fewest abuse reports becomes the most powerful admin. Also, promotions are given, not asked for. Daily requests for higher admin has an adverse affect on the upgrade process.

16. Admins are required to use www.teamderka.com for admin notifications regarding abuse, recent bans, suggestions, and opinions about newer players than are under you in the chain of command. Also, if you do not wish for your message to be seen to the public, email Team.derka@gmail.com instead.

17. FUN is the most important rule, for that is the Path of Derka.

18. Knife-only votes are only to be used on special occasions, and never for more than a minute or so. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT RESRICT-ALL FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME (>2 min)
(NO RPG FARMING KNIFE BOY!)

19. A map must be played for a minimun of 10 minutes before any sort of map vote, and at least 15 minutes until changing the map is allowed. Do not start a vote right after starting a new map.

20. All admins must stop all forms of racism when they arise, do not perpetuate such hatred. Normal Swearing is punishable only if it is direct harassment.
