Updates to server

Over the next few days we will be doing major updates to the server to fix a few issues and redo the base and spawns. This should better everyones experience on our public server.
If the server goes down please understand we are updating the files and it should only be down for a short time.
If anyone has any suggestions for our public server please feel free to post them here.
