Starmade is a FREE to download and play Alpha phase game,
This is the most stable alpha game I have EVER played. A true testament to the coding skills of the guys behind the game.

It's Minecraft style play, you build your own ships, spacestations, create your own factions, declare war on other factions, trade, harvest ore from asteroids and planets. The only limit is your imagination, and how many cubes you have.

Rules which carry 1st offense Perm Ban

1. Griefing ( Griefing = Wanton destruction of other players constructions ( Ships, Space Stations and Planet Bases ) whose factions are not engaged in hostility ( At war )
2, Refusing to compile with Admin request to compile with server rule
3, Threatening the Admin staff, servers, other players with damage to themselves or their equipment (PC, software, etc..)

All the following rules follow the following punishment protocols :-
(1st offense = Text Warning) (2nd offense = Kick ) ( 3rd offense = Perm Ban )

4, Attacking players not part of a faction (ie. new players )
5, All players must be in a faction to engage in hostile actions against other players (even if your in a faction by yourself)
6, All Hostile actions must be started by declaring war on the other faction.
7, Spamming Text chat

8 Insulting Admin Staff, punishment is at the Admins discretion, they may Kick, Kill, temp or perm Ban or place a Bounty on said player's head in game

9, Each factions members are held responsible for the behaviour of their respective faction's membership. If any one faction gets 2 members banned, that faction will then been disbanded, and the rest of it's membership may at the admins discretion be banned as well. If you lie with dogs, one can safely assume your a dog as well.

10, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, whinning, Insulting other players, again Admin discretion

11, Only members of this Steam group have a right to appeal any Admin actions. Or report an Admin for abuse of their powers. And only through the forums here.
